Zyrion’s Traverse monitors a wide range of systems platforms including ESX, Linux, Solaris, AIX, Windows, Netware & AS400. Besides monitoring the basic OS metrics such as CPU, memory, etc., Traverse can monitor extended metrics down to the fan status on systems platforms. The types of systems Traverse monitors include: ServersApplications and services run on servers, and poor performance of these servers impacts the application response directly. Keeping a close watch on all the server metrics is essential to avoid costly downtime- running blind without any knowledge of the server parameters can only result in application failure at some point.
