RedHat Enterprise Linux 4/5 (32/64-bit) CentOS 4 and 5 (32/64-bit)	2GHz+ CPU on x86 platform 4GB RAM (2GB if running DGE only) 36GB disk space (SCSI or fast IDE/SATA)

Some desktop-class processors like the Celeron, Sparc-IIe (which has minimal onboard cache) are not suitable for use with Traverse.
